Spring rolls and Satays  “Asian small plates”  $60
Learn how to make your own fresh spring rolls in this hands-on class
.

*Three variations of fresh spring rolls.  Each of the rolls is pared with their own dipping sauce.
Salad roll with aromatic herbs,
Shrimp and Fresh Coconut Rolls
Shredded chicken and cucumber rolls.

Complimenting the rolls, we’ll prepare three variations of Satays,
Chicken, beef and shrimp. Peanut Sauce and a bright cucumber salad
accompanies the Satays.


A Honey Tangerine Flan topped with freshly whipped cream and candied
orange peel finishes this light, yet filling meal. Wine and beer is pared with
the meal.

***General Information***


All classes are demonstration with the exception of our hands-on sushi classes.  All of our chefs provide recipes so you can replicate the same dishes at home.  Please come hungry, as all food is served in lunch and dinner size portions.  Complementary wine and beer are served with all meals.


Price of the class is based on the menu for the class. Lunches run between $35 and $55*. Brunches and dinner classes run between $50 and $75*.  Please allow 3 days for any cancellation.  We do require a credit card deposit or cash pre-payment.  Like musicians, our chefs get paid rain or shine, so please respect our 3 day cancellation policy or you will be charged the full amount.  Classes are limited to 10 people. Advance reservations are required.
*Price does not include the one-time $5.00 membership fee for enrollment in the
Kitchen Outfitters Cooking Club, a requirement for each attendee. All class attendees will receive a 10% discount on all store merchandise.  Discount honored during actual day of class.
